Questions about the rules and the hackathon in general

Hi!

Thank you for an interesting hackathon! We had a great time working for it.

However, here are some truly confusing parts:

- From 3 projects winners of the "individual award", only one is done buy a single person, meaning an individual, within track 1 (in the RULES, Tracks & Categories is stated that "Individuals may compete only in Track 1 (Text-to-Image Creation)"), others are Videos, done by teams.

- The Institution Award (still present in the Gallery) disappeared from the list submitted lately. And the question is - how you differentiate an institution from a team? There's no mention of an NGO in the selected project.

- From the AWS credit prize only one was awarded, are other 4 canceled?

- The Themes for this hackathon (that we needed to adhere to) were added LATER during the hackathon, in the RESOURCES tab, where resided a totally different information.

- Some information was contradictory: "any AI models or tools available to them, provided that they comply with open-source licenses" in the RULES tab, but later "You may use any AI image generator tool" in Ai Image Generator in RESOURCES. So if some of us started to work using an open-source AI Model, well, that wasn't mandatory afterwards.

- A lot of projects were done by categories that were specifically not allowed to participate to those tracks specified in RULES (Teams or individuals creating Chatbots, Individuals creating AI-Generated Videos etc.).

- Some projects were used in other hackathons before the starting of this project. And were accepted even if "All submissions must be the original work of the participant(s) created during the hackathon period. Pre-existing work or code may only be used if it is open-source and properly credited." in RULES.

Can you please explain these confusions? Why add rules to a hackathon if they don't count at the end?

Waiting for some clarifications,
Thanks!
