Resources section
Hello - the resources section is misleading and have additional rules that weren't called out in the main rules section. Resources should only have additional resources (documents, access etc.) related this hackathon. However, now that I am reading it there are additional rules for images. For ex: A requirement about 3 images max per participant was not mentioned in the rules section nor were the themes clearly defined. How can there be additional rules in the resources section? Does it automatically disqualify the participant because I never went to the resources section.
