Limited to open source models?

Hi
In the rules is stated that we can only use open source models for image generation, but in the same time the tool in the Resources uses Dall-E 3. So, my question is: can we only use the open source models (for non-commercial usage) or we can also use paid ones?

    Hi, Apologies for the late response.
    You can use any tools, doesn't really matter.
    All we require is to do a good project using the resources available at your disposal.
